Purchased and item and paid with a credit card, over the internet, which I admit was very easy - received an invoice indicating a UPS Ground shipping/tracking number which I was extremely pleased.

UNFORTUNATELY, the item has NOT been shipped since UPS still indicates just BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED. Printing a shipping label does not mean the item has shipped, which the customer rep I talked with was not aware of.

It has been TWO days and UPS is still indicating non-receipt of MY item - when has SLOW shipping become an added "benefit" to buying online?

If I needed the item next week, could have bid @ eBay and waited for shipment - maybe this was the way I SHOULD have spent my money.
