Don't believe Ebays 100% satisfaction guarantee. IT IS A LIE.

I purchased a product from them that was misrepresented in the description and the product that arrived was a cheap Chinese knock off, not the OEM. I called Ebay about this to get the promised free return mailing label and have been jerked around like you would not believe. They send you from one department to the other and you usually get someone with very poor English you cannot understand. They tell one lie after the other, after putting you on hold and switching you to another person.

I have spent five hours on the phone and have gotten no results..

Do not believe their 100% satiisfaction guarantee. They *** you around and tell you lies until you realized you are being screwed and give up out of frustration.

The funny thing is that I have had good results from EBAY in the past. Lately, with the influx of Chinese vendors the quality of goods and service has gone to ***. I just love the instruction manuals (sarcasm).
