I purchased an item one week ago, however the seller has neither shipped yet nor are they responding to my multiple inquiries and cancel/refund requests. EBay offers no option for filing a complaint and refund request. I have no item to return and I am unwilling to wait another SEVEN DAYS for a refund

Emailed eBay via the suggestion from their chatbox several times, to absolutely no avail. I got someone on the phone through the chatbot about twice in the past 14 days, but I think you only get a few calls a month.

I have several accounts.

Our biggest, our business account, has over 3000 feedbacks, but the number next to our store name was around 1800. A frustrating glitch I've been trying to fix for days.

I hate ebay-- it is so confusing and complicated and deceiving; and so hard to find and then get live help! I just sold something for the first and last time on ebay and Im considering closing out my ebay account, again.

Also, it does not seem right that ebay tells me to ship my item away but yet they wont pay me for that item sold until almost 2 weeks later!

To sell an item they charge 14.95% plus $0.40? That percentage seems quite high! :( Looking at my transaction amounts, they may not be much but it is the principle of the whole ebay practice that is very wrong and should be contested legally!

**But this is the real crime: It is VERY WRONG of ebay to charge a percentage on shipping costs and taxes that a buyer pays (money that does not go to the seller)!

I dont understand how they can legally do such an immoral and unethical thing to sellers and I would like to be included in a class action lawsuit if there is one, or when there is one, regarding this ebay practice!

THIS IS WHAT MY PERCENTAGE FEE SHOULD BE: 14.95% of (US$ 25) =

$3.74; NOT $4.85! I AM OWED FROM EBAY $1.11!

Y'all I am at a loss for words. I bought a cell phone from a seller that was supposedly in the United states per the listing.

Seller didn't respond for four days. Finally did so Sunday night and said they'd send it out. I go to click on the listing and it now says I bought a tablet but the receipt in my bought item shows the cell phone. Seller won't respond to me at all.

Customer service refuses to provide their contact info. And I'll have to ship it back at my expense if it's the wrong item. I usually have a good experience with eBay.

Not this time. I hate people being dishonest and this is very low.

I bought something based off the listing description. There was one item left so I placed a bid and asked if it would work for what I needed.

The seller accepted my bid and then said no it wont fit.

The item was not what the description showed and the company has a no hassle money back guarantee the box was not sealed good but item is still in all original packaging not open they told me they were sending a return label and give me my refund. I never received it because they disputed it with ebay saying I ordered wrong item which is a lie and it was open.

I kept messaging them and they ghosted me. I want my refund the item is not even close to what I ordered it was supposed to be a gift and the smell coming through the packaging is bad. I just want my full refund Itheir not a good seller to do business with they lie and misleading customers. Very unhappy with them and their products.

I reach our to them on a regular basis and no reply. They will be getting rich awful fast if they keep ripping customers off with their misleading product. The doll definitely does not match the description Im very disappointed.that this company is not honest and that their communication is just as bad they literally screw customers over. I hope Ebay will do something about them.so they can't screw customers over and get away with it.

They blame customers for ordering wrong item when that clearly is not the case they are liars. Buyers beaware of this seller don't do business with them THEY ARE COMPLETE RIP OFFS!! AND WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY THAT MESSAGE THEY SEND YOU AFTER YOU ORDER IS BS ITS ALL A BIG LIE! they don't want you to give a bad review just reach out and they will give you your money back or replacement whatever the customer wants *** they will .

I am honestly going insane! I cannot get in contact with a damn human being from eBay or get anywhere with the automated robots.

I am being sent emails to say I have outstanding fees and debt collectors, yet eBay will not let me into my account! It goes round and round in damn circles, sending me email codes and text message codes on repeat and nothing else.

It's enough to literally make me want to bang my head on a wall! I am not even in the UK anymore, which is making it even bloody harder!

Projector Pro eBay Seller (Proprietor Mike Wood) sold this Buyer a Bell & Howell R8 / Super 8mm film projector. As shipped and out of the box, the projector presented with an unidentified rattling coming from inside its base, which later was identified as being six broken-off pieces of plastic Projector Pro indicated had originated from a different projector.

In addition, and more critically, the 110-Volt power cord was not connected to the circuit board, it lay bare, and the projector was not in working order. Projector Pro was contacted and Buyer and Seller engaged in a video teleconference to troubleshoot the findings. During the call, Projector Pro provided real-time instructions on the process for connecting the power cord. Although the Buyer had no prior electrical experience, they successfully made the connection, as instructed.

However, when the Buyer tested the projectors power plug in a 110-Volt outlet, it created a sudden power surge that tripped a circuit breaker in the home's main panel. It shorted out the target outlet, plus five others on the same circuit. Options for replacing the projector were discussed, and Projector Pro agreed the Buyer would return the projector at Seller's expense in exchange for a duplicate model. The Buyer initially agreed to the exchange, but later the same day, notified Projector Pro they had changed their mind.

The primary reason was a safety concern and risk of receiving a second compromised projector that could damage the home's electrical system, and to prevent any unknown expense.

Projector Pro agreed by email to provide a full refund which, considering the circumstances, the Buyer reasonably assumed it would include the cost of return shipping. The Buyer initiated the return and refund via eBay, which under Projector Pro shipping policy, required the Buyer to pay for return shipping. During the return and refund process, the Buyer was not afforded any consideration even though Projector Pro shipped a machine in non-operational condition due directly to the power plug never being installed. The Buyer's PayPal account was credited a partial payment of $224.83 and did not reflect the eBay shipping cost of $48.02.

This, indicating, the Seller did not or chose not to oversee the refund process on the Buyer's behalf. Additionally, under eBay Seller rules for processing refunds, Projector Pro failed to notify the Buyer of any non-repayment or reduction of their shipping charge. To date, the Seller has not contacted the Buyer for making any repayment arrangements of the shipping charge and the Buyer has filed an appeal via PayPal.

Additional punitive costs were incurred by the Buyer as they could not resolve the tripped circuit breaker caused by the projectors faulty power cord. The Buyer was compelled to hire a residential electrician at $165.00 to diagnose and restore power to the home.

In total, the personal cost and monetary loss to this Buyer of doing business with Projector Pro was ***$213.02*** with an end result of a failed projector sale with no working projector or customer satisfaction to show for their time, effort and money.
