Purchase issue
I purchased an item that was marked below price; they charged me for it on my credit card. Then, 30 minutes later, they sent me a message and canceled my order because they said eBay made a mistake. I was really looking forward to the purchase.
User's recommendation: If a deal sounds too good to be true, most likely it is.

Problem with return
- - Spent $3,500 on jewelry claimed 14ct but poor quality.
- - Diamond went missing in transit; no denial after authentication; 14-day return promised.
Spent 3,500 dollars on jewelry that was of horrible quality and did not meet the item description of 14ct. I was not given the option of denying the authentication.
The seller's page stated I could return the jewelry within 14 days. I drive trucks, and I returned the jewelry as soon as I held it. I returned home 2 or 3 days after delivery. I saw the jewelry and instantly returned it.
A 60g sterling silver chain does not possess the integrity to securely set diamonds. Lo and behold, somewhere between its travels from the person who evaluated it to my house, a diamond apparently went missing, although as I look back at the pictures posted, I'm sure that a diamond was missing when they received it, yet I was not informed. The more information you have, the better judgment you can make. Deception is not only misinformation given; it is also information withheld.
As a working man, I was severely misinformed through information withheld, with no recourse, and it seems like there is no one at eBay willing to help me. Lesson learned: there is no such thing as an eBay guarantee. My last purchase will be my last unless it is cheap, as a working man on eBay, but I have such a bad taste that I doubt I can stomach a cheap purchase under eBay.
You can clearly see in the seller's picture a missing diamond on the right side of the chain. I didn't catch it before purchase and didn't personally inspect anything past the weight because it was of such low build quality; I instantly returned it.
Also Ebay did not follow its own policy of guaranteed 14day return based on the sellers page.

I ordered an electric chair lift, and they sent me two. I had canceled one, but they sent them both.
One is not as described; parts are missing, can't use it anyway. The connection is missing, and it's all scuffed up!

Returned damaged items
- - Damaged package received and no return-label help available.
- - Only one return label issued for two boxes; account is blocked on eBay.
I'm having an issue with returning my package. It came in damaged, and I could not reach anyone to get a return label.
When I did get the return label, it was only one.
I don't know if I need two return labels because I have two boxes, and now they're saying my account has been blocked from eBay. I need help returning the item and getting my money back.

Resolved: Bought an item it still hasn't shipped and seller is not responding to messages.
Your company could oversee sellers that do not follow through with what the website says. It said the product would ship within 5 days after purchase; it has not shipped at all.
The seller is not responding to multiple messages. You need to do something about the seller.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After 4 months of requesting a full refund, they finally issued me one.
I think the seller is still trying to say the item was delivered but I never received it after three times of them saying it was out for delivery.
It makes me not want to do business again with eBay since they took so long. Don't deal with eBay .
I ordered a set of red white and blue striped cufflinks in May 2026. It is now the end of August 2026 and I still have not received them, even though the seller says they have been out for delivery three times now ! At this point, I would just like a FULL refund !!!

Resolved: Received an empty box with nothing in it
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I received a full refund for the item I never received. Always contact eBay by having them call u to resolve scam issues.

Dispute with my refund
- - Seller refused a refund for a poorly conditioned radio.
- - Return started with a barcode; case in review after a month with no status; I lost $868.87.
Had an issue with the seller realjones26 about a radio in poor condition. He refused to refund my money.
I contacted eBay and was told that I was getting my refund and to send the radio back. I got a return barcode.
When I returned the radio, I got a message to hold on; the case is still in review. It's been a month and a couple of weeks now with no status on my case, so I am out of my $868.87 and have no radio!
