I can't contact the seller. There's no response from eBay.
The AI assistant says I can get a refund from the order confirmation email, but I can't. eBay just stole $150 from me.
Don't use eBay. They are thieves.

There were only three eBay customer service representatives; one young lady from this morning, and a lady and Carlos, who were both great! The worst customer service agent I encountered was Harrow.
He was very rude and unprofessional, a smart mouth who did not allow me to explain what my problems were. Then, he hung up on me.

On November 5th, 2024, I went there to retrieve them it was two empty iPhones boxes that were mailed to me. Right inside the Post Office on 1799 NW 28th Street Allapattah, Miami FL 33142 I called eBay and made a report to claim a refund the next day Wednesday November 6th, 2024 an e-mail was sent to me to return the items received then on Friday I received another e-mail stated that the refund will be made to me on November 13th, 2024. So on November 17th, 2024, two other e-mails were sent to me one stated about suspended my account with eBay and the other stipulated that I did excessive abuse of customer protection that no refund will be made I did call and spoke to Kervin an eBay teammate claim who guaranteed me that as per the e-mail regarding the refund I have to wait until the given date November 13th, 2024. On November 20th, 2024, I called again then talked to Robert an eBay teammate who rudely emphasized that there will be no refund made to me if I did not the e-mail from from November 17th before hanged up the phone that I had to contact the seller myself which I did not have no contact located in Hong Kong named Onlinerave.
So last Wednesday the 20th I called again and spoke to Cassandra another eBay teammate who urged me to wait for a follow up e-mail from the seller until yesterday I called their system only gave me online option which impossible because they had suspended my account. I'm reaching out to BBC to file this complaint for my stolen money.
N-B I purchased other stuffs from eBay like two (2) Guaravera shirts one (1) pants, and on (1) loafers shoes under $50.00 all of them were received except for those two (2) new iPhones 13Pro Max for an huge amount of $1,871.41 till today my money is vanished leaving me a crucial financial situation.

I asked for my refund, considering it said it was delivered to my address and it wasn't there. They don't knock or ring my doorbell when they deliver my stuff, so it can be stolen.
Things have been stolen before around my block. Now, I have asked for my refund and have given them the information I'm using due to my bank card being stolen and frauded, and me needing to use another card, please give me my money back.
My card number is 403163****087173, and they want me to also wait until the 7th of January when I ordered it almost over a month ago and waited a week plus after they said it was delivered to deliver it. I am not happy.

- Do not knock or ring doorbell to make sure im home and my stuff ends up stolen they make you wait a month later to get a refund on the item your missing

Ebay makes it impossible to get someone on the phone. I placed an order 2 weeks ago which I havent received nor been refunded for (as I blantly) requested.
This was Dec. 14. They say if not resolved by Dec.
27 I will get refund. Thats a month of them keeping my money and for what?

Verified ReviewerBuyer opened ebay dispute and ebay took the money from me leaving me without the item or the money
A buyer opened a payment dispute after I had already resolved their issue by providing a partial refund. eBay support told me that if the bank sided with the buyer, I would be protected as a seller and the funds would be credited back to me.
When the dispute ended, it was closed in the buyer's favor. The funds were taken from me, but now eBay support refuses to credit me back the funds and says I'm not protected. I don't know how one minute I'm told I have nothing to worry about and that the funds will be safe regardless, and now I'm told they aren't.
I'd like for eBay to immediately credit me back the $402 that was wrongfully taken from me. Now I'm without the item or the money.

Verified BuyerA buyer 'jumar_2442' purchased the Bird/Magic TOPPS RC from me on 8/22/2023 for $2,800. One minute later 'jumar_2442' began swnding me a litany of text messages accusing me of fraud multiple times.
Someone purchased a Magic/Bird rookie card from me, then said they didn't and is now SLANDERING my name all over the internet.
A buyer named 'jumar_2442' purchased the Bird/Magic 1980 TOPPS RC from me for $2,800 at 2:38pm EST on August 22nd, 2023.
At 2:43pm EST on August 23rd, 2023 I recieved another message from EBay stating that 'jumar_2442' PAID for the Bird/Magic RC
At 2:44pm EST I received a message from EBay a buyer wishes to cancel that purchase.
At 2:45pm EST I received the following message from 'jumar_2442':
"This is fraud. I never even approve this.
I dont understand how you could charge my credit card. Im contacting eBay and my credit card to let them know its fraud."
Still at 2:45pm I received the following message from 'jumar_2442', this time it included previous messages 'jumar_2442' sent to me a few days before :
"You better cancel my order this is fraud. I never even press purchase or approved it."
And "Alright. Thannks for your intereat.

"No problem but thats crazy. I didnt even confirm to pay and you charge me ASAP. Every time I buy cards I have to go through a process to charge my credit card. You automatically charge me without even confirming for letting me confirm."
Still at 4:00pm, EST, after I explained to jumar_2442, that I don't have the money to pay $410 on fees.
Another message from 'jumar_2442' at 4pm:
eBay fees for making money thats why I already confirmed with eBay to cancel it and I already checked with my credit card company its pending then theyre gonna cancel it."
Still at 4:03pm, EST, I received the following message from 'Jamur2442":
"How is it Friday?
If I never received the card yet I never even purchased it and you charge me for something I didnt even agree on.

I didn't receive item after 90 days. Seller did not shipped it even after I've paid for this item.
I've tried to leave contact seller - no response. After contacting eBay support in first message they said that they'll pass this case to another department. After I contacted them again after 2 weeks for updates in this case they responded that they cannot resolve case after this much time. I tried to contact them again - they should force on seller to return my cash when this item is not even shipped by him - no response.
Now I can't leave feedback and report after this time because of poor eBay website functionality. eBay ignores any case that went wrong.
