I orders some cleats for my son - Under Armour Spine Brawler Cleats. We had owned two other pair and loved the product even though it was discontinued by the company.

We found them on Ebay and after wearing them 3 times the toe tore on the seam. Perhaps because they were a model from 2 years ago. When I asked about returning them, which I realized might be unlikely, I was accused by the seller of sending photos of other cleats and not the ones he sent. I was highly offended, and in fact, the seller probably just made my point.

These cleats were of poor quality. All he really had to do was deny the request, but instead chose to be unprofessional and insulting.

I will never order again and do plan to spend some time making this known so that others don't have to be treated this way. VERY poor business practices.
