I needed to ask a simple question so I made the mistake of calling ebays help line.I waited for 93 minutes before I finally gave up.

I can understand that you may have to wait awhile but that was ridiculous. Ebay collects 3 to 5 hundred dollars a month from me in seller fees, how about a little service for my money.If I have to wait two hours just to get a simple question answered I might just as well mail them a freaking letter. Now for the kicker, I went on line and requested a call back from them. My phone rang 9 seconds later to my utter astonishment.

Then I asked my simple question and the customer service rep put me on hold,not once, not twice, but three times! When she finally got back on the line she didn't answer my question at all because apparently English in India has a different meaning than in the U.S.

Ebay can kiss my ---!Or whatever they call it in India.
