In general for more that 12 years I have had good service, maybe because every case has been decided in my favor. However there is a growing swell of negative eBay Feedback against China suppliers of "Hoverboards" for non-deliveries. The sums involved for eBay/Paypal are not a small amount under their guarantee scheme; if it is to work.
Following UK Customs Confiscation of 15,000 "Hoverboards"; It is now disconcerting that there is no Statement from eBay or FedEx, the main Carrier, about the Status of Deliveries.
Further, if there are problems, there is no action by eBay the cut or stop Listings following the swell of negative eBay Feedback - is anyone there watching the situation?
