eBay - I have a big problem with an order you have not helped me
I bought a suspension off eBay for my car, brand-new with a five years warranty company sent it out quite quickly. I had the part fitted which cost me in excess of more than what the park cost are then drive the car and after three hours the port broke down I took it back to the garage to find out what the problem was that told me the part was defective.
I have contacted the company several times and explained that I cant take the part off until they give me another one or give me the money back because I cant afford to have that part taken off and then pay out to have another one put on again its unrealistic, unethical and unreasonable. Are you guys need to contact them and make them answer me as theyre ignoring all mail coming through
