This buyer reported a false claim of authenticity to circumvent the no return or exchange policy clearly stated on my ad. She did not file the claim until 6 days later in which she wore the wedding gown and then damaged it by ripping off the tags to return it and get a refund by falsely claiming it was "not as described".

She offered no proof of this false claim but hearsay and no certified receipts of evidence of this false claim. She defrauded the seller by reporting a false claim in order to get a refund and abuse the system.

This is my first time selling and I was not aware of the scamming history of ebay as how to they allow buyers to scam sellers given the ebay buyer protection program to encourage the buyer to keep selling which increases their profits at the expense of the seller. The Guardian article backs up this egregious policy which scams sellers on ebay.

Also how you can't leave a negative feedback for the buyer because again that will decrease money for ebay. These business practices are egregious.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: False information, Fraud and scammed the seller by buyer protection program.
