New ReviewerI purchased what was described as a "New Authentic" Louis Vuitton Wallet in Feb. 2018 from eBay.
When the item arrived, I inspect the product and knew it was a fake for I own Louis Vuitton products and know the quality and stitching. eBay removed the evidence of the listing for the seller claimed, as they typically do, that their account was hacked by someone else which is a bunch of BS because the item was shipped and received. In short, do not sell or buy luxury on eBay. Look to other sites like Real Real or Tradsey where the items are verified.
The fake the seller sent was one you can find on the web for under 10.00. typically made in the country of Japan The seller who sold the fake Louis Vuitton is: DWAYNE BRIGHOUSE 132* 159th Ave Apt 210, San Leandro, CA 94578, United States and his ebay screen name is "aestias "

Yes for a month I spoke to eBay representatives and Paypal, both had excuses why I couldn't get my money back, Their reason was the case was closed. But they didn't understand the seller send me the return label and would only answer my emails after the case was closed. She wanted me to reopen the case so she could return my refund, I know the seller has done this to the buyer before, it was too well organized.
Ebay protects them, scammers I was just a victim of eBay scam last month. I lost my money and the item I returned to the seller using the prepaid label the seller send.
eBay claim they didn't receive my escalation request and the only way they didn't someone on the inside of eBay had to remove it or the seller is a hacker. I just wonder how many people have experienced the same thing and just decided to let it go?
Did you go to the customer care center and report the item as not as advertised? You should be able to get your money back. If you get no joy with ebay report this to paypal and see if they can get a refund for you.
