Bought it for xmas. Item arrived in non operational condition.
Provided negative feedback. This generated case. Had gotten price for items to fix and asked seller for partial refund, he said no money was spent. Seller contacted outside of ebay and sent automated crank calls which I was able to stop.
Attempted to provide pictures of claim but ebay link provided did not work for 3 days. Ebay decided claim in sellers favor based on pictures different than those seller had on add. Truthful honest feedback was taken from the transaction and I was no longer allowed to return. Called customer support and they could find no evidence of pictures or decision but left case as it was.
Beware of any seller named Brandon R. It appears when he gets broken items he does a resell on ebay to recoup his losses.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with ebay is up and down and diversity and price and stated that there is a room for improvement of no proper buyer protection and cheater sellers. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of other product and associated monetary loss in the amount of $610. Ebay needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
