ebay charges the seller fees foe services that do not work most of the time such as the zoom in feature.They are responsible for the fedex smart post insurance up to $100.00 but not even their own customer service people can open the file a claim on the file a claim page and the smart post gets handed over to the USPS for the delivery and the boxes are destroyed when the buyer gets the item and when the seller refunds the buyer, ebay and paypal charges fees for the refund transaction and the seller is out for everything.

is a *** the way he is running ebay.It at one time was a good company but not anymore!
