Accounting did not credit my account for a check that they processed. The check was five cents short, and instead of notifying me and billing me the five cents they have blocked my account and harass me on a daily basis. I sent a second check for the five cents. I then sent copies of both checks to them on 11/23/2019 and they still harass. I phoned and the agent said to pay the bill after I told her three times that it was paid and copies of the checks were sent she said she would follow up and call back. I won't hold my breath. I will again send copies of the checks. I never want to hear the word eBay again.

Stupid | Ebay

Trying to sign in to my ebay account. Says there are concerns about my activity and i am locked out. I am 66 years old, retired and the only time i use ebay at all is if it has the best price. Last thing i ordered was a mohammed ali picture. Go to help for help and no matter what you click on it defaults back to the sign in page, and after signing in am once again told im locked out. This is so stupid. You are seriously running an online business ? No way to contact these people.

Why doesn't ebay have a question that the customer has to answer before you say its suspicious activity.

I went on ebay to change my password and I received an email that my account has been suspended because of suspicious activity. I went to bid on an item and no one even bother to see if the email used was mine. It is and has been the same for years. All they had to do was ask. There is no proof of any suspicious activity.

Been using ebay for many years. Unable to log in today. called them to see why and they insulted me by saying I must have forgotten my password and will have to change it. I REFUSE to change it. If ebays customer service is so lousy as to insult a customer rather than look into problem then I will be closing my account after all these years. Why dont they just find problem?

I read their policies and it said wholesale dropshipping is allowed. So I found wholesalers and made a contract with them. I listed two items and my account got temporarily restricted. I called they asked me some questions and they lifted it. One week later I added a listing and then my account got permanently banned. I called and they asked me the same questions and told me they would not be lifting my ban when I asked why they wouldn't answer.

Ebay is poor crap. I have an account but can't contact seller's. Called ebay and was told that they wanted me to reset my pass word. What a joke they are. Been an account with them for about 4years .told me I am a guest account. No it's not. Found its better to maybe find it there and then go to the seller's store or site. Cheaper that way and seller isn't forced to pay or jump through crappie ebay hoops.

As far as I know, I have not been banned from being an idiot to buy through Ebay again, but they banned my ability to leave negative feedback for who was selling a misrepresented camera lens. There is zero customer support for the buyer as far as I can see.

As a matter of fact, Ebay's customer support person told me Ebay will favor the seller in their decisions!When I first started buying on Ebay many years ago (before they had a rating system), most sellers and buyers were within the continental USA, and a handful of Canadians. Now Ebay has opened up to the rest of the world and has not kept up any standards to help buyers with items that are misrepresented and sold mostly by international sellers. I don't know if it is a language problem or a cultural problem, but it is clear Ebay has lost the meaning of "customer service". With Ebay supporting deceptive sellers, it will hopefully catch up with them.For me, for the price of $129, I have become an educated consumer and now know what slime-bags makeup the unwritten policies that Ebay now follows.

I will not place my trust in Ebay again.

There are many other choices out there. It may take more effort to find a rare item, but at least I will place my faith in other organizations that still have "customer service".

I believe every word. Why?

Because the same sort of situation happened to me and I was penalized. I also found out that I am not to break any item while packing it because it will be held against me when I contact the buyer to let them know what happened and refund their money immediately. Oh, and you cannot misplace any of your listed items either, regardless of their size and after I tore my bedroom and living room apart looking for the item. I found it many weeks later, contacted the buyer to apologize and offer them a big discount on the item if they still wanted it.

No response from the buyer. HUGE response from eBay; that is strike #2. Two more strikes and I will be labeled as a BELOW STANDARDS SELLER, lose any discounts for listing, etc. eBay wants to be paid every month, then they turn around and label me with the kiss of death.

My sales are flat now because I did get two more "defacto" divots on my account. eBay told the BBB that they do everything they can to help sellers. HAHAHAHAAA, right!

You're helping me not sell items and you still want to be paid. Go to *** Ebay!
