This actually made the situation worse. I only received part of the sellers responses.

I did receive the rest of the responses a several hours later after the situation got worse. I will never use it again. It stressed me out not having all of the information needed to respond to her correctly.

Thats also unfair to to her. It caused a situation that never should have happened

Not able to talk to a real customer service representitive at eBay

I was never able to get through to customer service. I tried everything I could find on the web as a way to get through to an actual person.

My issue had more to do with getting scammed, opening and loosing both a case and appeal. eBay said they would send me a link to share my side of things and seriously, never did.

I had no way of stating my side of things until appeal. Based on the response I received from the person handling the appeal, he never even read what I stated or the document from USPS I submitted.

Virtually impossible to get someone to talk to. My issue was I wanted to buy a set of tires to be financed through Affirm. When checking out I was unable to pay for the purchase although Affirm acknowledged that the funds were available. Upon trying to make the purchase again I ending up canceling the transaction as I accidentially entered the wrong account. So I plan to shop elsewhere for my tires in the future although Ebay prices are better.
