eBay has the very worst customer service of all time. I have a couple of items on and when they sell, Im done with eBay forever.

It is impossible to get a live person and that is just unacceptable. Its amazing to me how eBay has sustained itself for all of these years, simply pathetic.

II bought a phone needed to return I was told 3 times that the return label would be in my e-mail not true and then the one time it said click on nothing at all happened. I did one day talk to someone that feed me full of bull and never did what he said.

I had to get so mad I just went everywhere on your different sites and wrote nasty notes. I guess finely some nice person heard my plea and I got the label and is on the way back to seller.
Thank you to the person that helped me.

So far it has been completely unorganized and very useless. I have spoke with someone everyday for the last 7 days, and every time they say they have filed my refund request. The next time I call there’s no evidence of my request or anything and I even have the conversation transcripts. I’m talking to a good lawyer to decide my next choice of action. He’s excited with the blatant amount of neglect shown from eBay and believes I should move to have them served with a lawsuit. I’m just about ready after this past week and having 3,000$ taken for a shipping label. Its fraud is what it comes down to.

Got to speak with someone but still waiting to get refunded almost 2,700$ for a shipping label I had already pre paid 115$ on. FedEx lied and said the package was 70lbs over which should be fraud and embezzlement against FedEx. But eBay ended up overdrafting my account 1800$ in the process and says I’ll have to wait 5-7 days to hear back and then longer to be refunded. Not impressed with neither at the moment. Maybe I’m overreacting idk
