To contact the eBay support team by email, log in to your account, click the “Help & Contact” button at the bottom of the page, and select the “Contact us” option. After picking the closest topic to your issue, go to this page, and on the left-side menu, choose to email eBay customer service team. You will be asked to fill out the online form with your issue.

The company informs that they will reply to your email enquiry within 24 hours.

There is a dedicated eBay phone number for fraud assistance:1-866-540-3229. The company notes that you should only call this number if you have experienced fraud, otherwise, if you call it for other issues the customer representatives on the line will not be able to assist you. Buyer wont return a refunded item

Terrible, we sent an expensive item to a buyer. eBay closed the return request which prevented us from sending a return label.

They then refunded the item in full, told the buyer they did not need to return the item, and told us to work things out with the buyer. When we tried to get our item returned, the buyer contacted eBay who told them they did not need to return the item.

We cannot speak to anyone. We have appealed twice and their decision stands.

Ebay has restricted my account and never gave reason? I have been a long time customer, bill always paid on time.

I had issues from many companies from China! Poor or no reply to issues. I don't understand why my account is restricted? This was a very poor customer service!

I have never done anything to receive such a drastic reaction.

I would appreciate an explanation and my account removed from restriction, the least you can do for causing this on my account! I will be notifying your company CEO regarding this diservice!

I need to speak a human to explain my situation. I purchased a wrong item by mistake and cancelled it but I want to buy the correct item and pay the difference as it is more expensive

Unfortunately I couldnt get any help because no one called me to solve my problem!!
I clicked and paid for the wrong item then I cancelled my purchase but I actually didnt want to cancel but divert to the correct item and pay the difference as the item I want is more expensive. My credit card was debited and I cancelled the purchase so my money is gone and the item cancelled.

Can someone call me, please, to adjust my purchase and only the difference as the wanted item is more expensive. This is my number:

I am truly disappointed with eBay..the part I ordered was faulty..since it was delivered I have been trying to return it .and website tells me there's no record of my purchase..I have sent the order number..and have the email that eBay sent with tracking and all the information and still haven't gotten any further information this process and I'm going to file a report with the better business bureau if I don't get someone from eBay to respond and assist me with this issue .once this goes past 30 day return guarantee...I will be stuck with a defective computer that I paid good money for that hasn't worked since the day it was delivered..
