To contact the eBay support team by email, log in to your account, click the “Help & Contact” button at the bottom of the page, and select the “Contact us” option. After picking the closest topic to your issue, go to this page, and on the left-side menu, choose to email eBay customer service team. You will be asked to fill out the online form with your issue.

The company informs that they will reply to your email enquiry within 24 hours.

There is a dedicated eBay phone number for fraud assistance:1-866-540-3229. The company notes that you should only call this number if you have experienced fraud, otherwise, if you call it for other issues the customer representatives on the line will not be able to assist you. For the technical support, customers can call at 1-866-961-9253. They also notify their customer that the eBay phone number: +1 866-540-3229 is no longer in service. Company warns their customers of long wait times from time to time.

We were trying to purchase an item on eBay. The seller stated that we go thru eBay financial to handle the transaction. We got an email with the number to call and they wanted to use cash app. Everthi

We were trying to purchase an 900$ item on eBay, the seller gave us the contact info stating she was taking this route thru eBay financial for everyones safety. We received the email and the phone number.

Started talking with someone we thought was with eBay financial I even asked his name and badge Id number in which he gave . Wanted transactions done through cash app. Later that day got an email stating they were charging 750$ to deliver the car for insurance and would get it back .

The next day I called to cancel the purchase told me it would take 45 days for refund. Then he hung up and Im blocked

My accounts been suspended for what reason I dont know eBay wont tell me Im disgusted tried everything to resolve this on many occasions and all I get told is your accounts permanently blocked with no reason what so ever why it was blocked.

Reported item missing late(over 30 days/forgot?!) eBay sends receipt of delivery on west coast when I live on east coast. Gonna get refunded!

7-10 days?! Nope! Changed eBay mind, over 30 days reported?! Bummer?!

Then they change mind again and refund the same item purchased recently replacing old item never arrived, at lesser cost then original coin set in question. Need to follow up once again to straighten out situation. 16 year customer and never do I make any claim until last few years, proven correct in process!

Incredible BS! eBay fix your relationship(s) with your loyal customers?!

It's damn near impossible to speak with a "live human" representative at E-bay!!! If you manage to get a live rep, you're lucky if they speak enough understandable English to communicate! Your representative said that he would call me on two separate occasions and he never called me as previously agreed upon. His name is David Burgman from Donaldson Georgia! He said that he had mailed me a check and when I told him that I never received it he said that it was in a small envelope and probably got lost in the mail!!! Seriously?!!!
