How Good is Ebay's Customer Service?
The person was rude, when I tried to explain the issue that I had, I could feel there was no way that my issue would be fixed. And that was exactly what happened.
Was ok just a minor issue with the order and was charged 2 times but was refunded all good thanks for the quick response
No contact available
They are useless when you really need the help
It is basically impossible to get a person on the phone. You have to either use their chat or send an email. It's not easy to explain the situation of your problem by using these means. A person could pull up your account and answer the question in a short few minutes.
Customer service has went to *** ever since Computers came out!
I'm not happy that I can't talk to a live person I always could before
