On Oct. 16, I received a personal email stating a refund through Pay Pal.

As a disabled vet, I'm unable to monitor my account regularly. Unbeknownst to me, a buyer purchased my second item, sold over a year's time, and sent a payment. I didn't receive the payment. Upon speaking to various agents, the last one informed me that indeed, a deposit was made to my Pay Pal account.

After finding this information, he became unwilling to answer further questions or believe me when I told him that I NEVER received a deposit on Oct. 2. I informed this agent that I still did not know the system well and the item I sold previously was after having a conversation with the buyer. He was adamant that the payment went through and seemed to not to want to provide further assistance.

Upon my research, I found out that Pay Pal put a temporary hold on the payment since I don't sell often. This agent could have worked with me to find this information and ensured that my account would be noted of this unfortunate events.

I am now at a disadvantage, because I was absent in communication vs. an injured buyer.

Review about: Ebay Customer Care.

Thank you for posting about pay pal tactics. I am sorry they did not follow through.

And I can imagine being a disabled veteran any amount of money would help and plus your item was sold and you should receive your money.
