Not honoring 180 day guarantee
Sold as a weight loss supplement. Didnt work.
Waited a week for a response. Said I needed to send a picture of all bottles full or not. Did so immediately. Havent heard back.
Advertisements are not consistent. Some state 60 day guarantee and others offer 180 day. Some returns say to return all bottles full or not, the video I watched said to keep them if they didnt work for the inconvenience. Advertising made it sound like they contained exotic ingredients but they contain only simple ingredients.
Poor customer service and I can see by asking for pictures they are delaying or going to refuse refund. Stated A quick refund would be given not true.

I've lost over $100 in the last 2, months as a buyer
In March, a FedEx "delivery" (yes I use the term loosely) guy dumped a package at the foot of our .8-mile-long, curving driveway, leaving it to be stolen by someone going by down at the road, and since it was up to the SELLER, NOT the person whose package was stolen, to do something about my getting my money back from FedEx, NOT them OR eBay, so: the seller got their money, eBay got THEIR money, FedEx got THEIR money, and I got NOTHING.This past month I have still been held back by serious illness, and when I didn't get the right thing from ANOTHER seller, I was supposed to send it back with the eBay mailing label and THEY were supposed to refund me - EBAY. You know what they did?
They CLOSED the return AFTER I had printed out the label, and they were supposed to WAIT. Obviously I printed it out immediately but it took about a week and a half to get it to the PO. Well, that damn seller doesn't accept returns - as I said, eBay was giving me THEIR "guarantee" - and now I'm out about $110 to people from whom I received NOTHING! Folks, I live on less than $1000 a month.
What would YOU do if you were as poor as I am? Just lose $110 and shrug it off? My advice is, don't bother trying to return anything from ANY seller on eBay, just hold onto it and sell it yourself. From now on, that's what I'm doing.
I've already given away enough free money.
I think I'm going to write headquarters with all of this, they need to be held accountable. The first photo is the thing that was paid for, sent back and now will be $56 in unfair profit for that seller, the second one is what was stolen, also paid for.

send another tv that's working. remote blinking, tv light blinking, logo screen frozen, stuck on logo. I unplugged all night; didn't fix the problems.

I am writing to formally report two fraudulent claims made against me by buyers on eBay regarding items sold in good faith. One claim involves a sealed Apple product, and the other concerns an Apple Series 7 blue open box watch.
Both buyers have made false claims about the condition of the items, which were shipped in the exact condition as described in the listings.
Importantly, both items were received and handled by third-party courier services, not directly by the buyers themselves, which casts further doubt on the claims being made.
I have already reported both buyers to eBay, and I have evidence that their claims are fraudulent. I am also taking legal action to address this matter. Specifically, I have reported the cases to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), FBI, and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
Additionally, I have contacted the Dominican Republic Consulate as the third-party couriers involved are based in Miami, FL, and operated by Dominican Republic-based businesses.
Reporting the fraud to the following authorities:
U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) for mail fraud
Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for consumer fraud
Better Business Bureau (BBB) to escalate this issue
California Attorney Generals Office for violations of consumer protection laws
Financial institutions and payment processors (PayPal, credit card companies)
Dominican Republic Consulate for international fraud assistance
Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) for online fraud
FBI - Internet Crime Division for cross-border fraud
Local police authorities in California for criminal investigation
Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) for fraudulent financial transactions
This fraudulent activity has caused significant harm to my business, and I have also escalated this issue to the President of the United States.
I am fully committed to pursuing legal action against the buyers, and I am seeking eBays support to resolve these claims.
Please note that I will not be directly resolving this matter with the buyers and will rely on eBays legal department to assist in the appropriate resolution of these cases. I expect eBay to take action and assist in holding these buyers accountable for their fraudulent behavior.

I bought a defected item from goodsales 2010bthrough ebay and didn't get my refund
These two companies can honor their return/refund policies and refund my money,That's how they scam ppl but getting ppl to buy enough of these defected item and don't refund their money,is just a get rich scheme. would never recommend anyone,it only take 1 time to cheat me and I will never buy or recommend anyone especially if my money wasn't refunded and the company knew I reported it defected and that was the reason for me wanting a refund.

I just bought electric shock game toy for adults and they sent a package that was broken and used so I can't use with new batteries I feel they dont want to sell the product cheap so I spent 25 dollars for the product and it did not go well the batteries where still the back of it it was used in dirty box I feel I want a brand new game for 25 dollars and please ship it right away so upset people want money for used products . I just feel if other countries have a problem with selling broke used products why charge so high for it thank you.

It sounds like you need to use a FedEx location to pick up your items. You taking 10 days to even ship your return is all on you.
Lastly, at less than $1000 a month to live off of, you have no business ordering the junk pictured. It is ridiculous for you to tie any amount of money up ordering online.
