Ask to speak to a supervisor and was told one was not available sat on hold waiting no one came back to the phone

Ebay poor practices with leaves gaps for warranty products through Square Trade Claim Number059916191135 The seller never responded to my email after the product failed. I contacted eBay and was informed the time limit for them to get involved was only 30 days.

So I guess customers just have to hope the seller responds. The eBay agent did send the seller an email and copied me, but still no response all while product was still under warranty. I'm still looking for resolve. Square Trade denied the claim because the product was under warranty still.

Now the warranty has expired, how can I get what I paid for? Ebay and Square Trade Square up with me.
