There might be hundreds of sellers making good deals but, imaging yourself. If you have invested LOT and suddenly Ebay India can cheat you. Because, if they raise claim this B's from Ebay accept their claims, Because, they are not loosing anything. All LOSSES goes to Sellers only. There are cases where BUYERs purchase items and then take the items and say item is missing. Again they use the product, broken it and send complaint. In some cases they even say product is not received at all. No matter how hard you try and give explaination. This Bstds at Ebay India never listed to you. BUYERS take advantage of Ebay Guarantee Claim, this is designed so that they can get more customers on their site. But, definitely there are few percent of customers everyday doing robbery by taking this advantage. If Ebay is loosing or investing, they would have felt in your shoe. But, they always think their in own way. There are more sellers who are CRY - Buyer raise false claims. Damage your products and return it back. Or take your product and play smart games, they say item not receive. Also 80% BUYERS after purchasing chat keep quite and do not confirm the receipt of item. This will had to confirm only from Auto confirm that will take 15 days. But, same Bstd BUYERS can give Negative feedback once they purchase. We have group of people who are both buyers and sellers and know what is the issue with Ebay India. Do not use Ebay India for selling. In case if you are SELLER who is experiencing issues, report to CBI, Cyber department. Police or lodge a strong case against Ebay India company. Ebay India is the UGLY site to sell in India. Instead of that open your own site and be safe.

10% seller final fee?? | Ebay review from Tucson, Arizona

having done business with ebay for numerous years I can now say it is not to my benefit to sell on ebay. A 10% seller fee is too much for my blood. Looks like craigslist and the numerous facebook groups I belong to will suffice. 10% to me is outrageous. This is also the reason that sellers are migrating away from ebay as I am. I would say buy ebay stock as they are certainly making money (too much IMHO) from the sellers. Bye-Bye, ebay. You now have joined the ranks of the large group of internet ripp-offs. no more for me..in addition to that I have not yet received my refund from a different transaction from paypal. Cust support sucks..they keep lying to me.

Images Copied off RR AUTOGRAPH AUCTIONS PRINTED OUT AND BEING SOLD AS REAL ON EBAY: BEWARE!!!

Images Copied off RR AUTOGRAPH AUCTIONS PRINTED OUT AND BEING SOLD AS REAL ON EBAY: BEWARE!!!
IF you are buying anything autographed by astronauts then read this carefully; Several sellers on eBay have been downloading images off a site belonging to RR AUTOGRAPHS AUCTIONS and creating laser prints and selling these as real. If you want real autographs then buy them off RR AUTOGRAPH AUCTION and pay retail . If you want cheap fakes then buy your space autographs off eBay . The signed First Day Cover pictured has been copied dosens of times, it originated at an auction sold a long time ago on RR Auction and this one was authentic. Some dishonest people have since copied these off the internet and printed these onto blank white envelopes using a laser printer. They look really good to the untrained eye. When pictured on eBay, it is impossible to tell that these are FAKES. I have as many as seven (7) of these being sold on eBay at the same time by different sellers PLEASE LOOK AT THE COVER PICTURED, THIS IS THE MOST FAKED AUTOGRAPH ASTRONAUT COVER EVER !!!! 10933e2

Redirection/Duplicate Web Pages Fraud at Ebay/Paypal

The Auction itself was a FRAUD with a friend of mine bidding but getting re-directed out of the bidding. Then, $16,950 showed up in my paypal account but it also disappeared...either re-direction or duplicate webpage again used "internally" if Ebay/Paypal really has a secure server but 3rd party programmer (former/existing) could have been running the FRAUD. I called Customer Service to advise them to monitor the connection and have the Guy arrested for Criminal Fraud. Instead, they billed me for the SALE and on one day claimed there was a sale but would tell Honda that there was nothing at all on that Car and allowed Honda thieves to steal the car and auction it off "PRIVATELY" which is also called an AUCTION FRAUD situation. Trying to get the State to declare them a Criminal Enterprise and special Licensing requirements for acting as a 3rd PARTY and doing AUCTIONS in a LEGAL MANNER.

WORST COMPANY ON THE INTERNET | Ebay review

THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAM ARTISTS!!! AS I READ AROUND, A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE HAVE HAD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES WITH THEM. I ordered a Halloween costume and they sent me the wrong one. I emailed back saying so, and they emailed me a return label and told me I would receive a full refund when they get it back. I promptly returned the costume. I emailed them back checking on the status of my return. No response. I called and called, no response. I finally got an UNSIGNED email from some *** manager, now known as TRACY (what a great "MANAGER" to not sign an email).. claiming my costume had been worn, used, dirtied, you name it, and I was denied a refund. I couldn't believe it! I didn't even take the costume out of the bag! I had to fight with them for WEEKS. Luckily, the website I purchased from (rakuten.com) made this right for me, otherwise I would be out money! This company is the worst and the employees who work there are nothing but useless idiots. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Read the reviews. You will save yourself a WHOLE LOT of aggravation!! Trust me.

Good Call.

Something else to think about, is it eBay's fault that a certain seller created this bad experience? You have people around the world. How can everyone be nice an honest. Ebay has their protection program. If your this concerned, open up a case before sending back and let eBay help you.

The fact that you read others complaints, can everyone be happy with one place? NO, they cant. Are their people that want to go to a certain gas station? so do, some don't same concept.

@bbb

You sound like a babbling *** Ebay does not honor its protection policy it is a scam to get you to purchase items from their site. I should know I lost $45 on a pos hat that looked as they found it in the garbage and sold it on ebay when I filed a complaint I issued all the information needed to win my case and they honored seller so before you post about ebay protection get your facts straight.

You completely lose credibility by saying Ebay is the worst company on the internet, this is ridiculous and makes it difficult to take you seriously. Second, you say you purchased from Rakuten.com, so how does Ebay have anything to do with the transaction? Can you explain this?!?

Anonymous

@Sara L

Sessa you must work for ebay or you don't know what you are talking about. When you purchase on ebay's site they claim your purchase is protected and I could tell you from experience it is not, it does not matter the seller you purchase from,eBay charges them to sell on their site and supposedly guarantee your purchase in which they do not. Ebay does not honor their guarantee of customer protection.

GEORGE9785 AKA Said Rawdah , selling on eBay. PALESTINE SUPPORTER
GEORGE9785 currently lives in British Columbia, home to people from the Middle East due to Canadian Liberal Politics. I chose not to buy from him or support him in any way. I support Israel and it's right to exist as a free state. i do not buy from violent unstable people of questionable political origin. GEORGE9785 uses an American P.O.Box in Washington and he rents this box under the name GEORGE BOULOS. He sells autographs and pictures of AMERICAN ASTRONAUTS as a sort of slap in the face while the proceeds of these sales are use at his discretion.

George Boulos aka George Boulos Nemir denied citizenship..it's true!............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................Subsequent History: Reported in Table Case Format at: 21 F.3d 432.

Prior History:

Petition for Review of an Order of the Immigration and Naturalization Service. No.

A35-275-869.

Counsel:

For GEORGE BOULOS , Petitioner: M. Angela Krieger, KRIEGER & KRIEGER, Omaha, NE.

For IMMIGRATION AND NATURALIZATION SERVICE, Respondent: Janet Reno, Attorney General, U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, Washington, DC. Mark C.

Walters, Assistant Director, Alison R. Drucker, Robert L. Bombaugh, Richard M. Evans, Ellen Sue Shapiro, U.S.

DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, Office of Immigration Litigation, Washington, DC. David L. Milhollan, Chairman, EXECUTIVE OFFICE FOR IMMIGRATION REVIEW, Falls Church, VA. James Cole, U.S.

IMMIGRATION & NATURALIZATION SERVICE, Omaha, NE. Judges: Before FAGG, WOLLMAN, and MORRIS SHEPPARD ARNOLD, Circuit Judges. Opinion By: PER CURIAM Opinion: PER CURIAM. George Boulos , a citizen of Lebanon, entered the United States in 1975 and was a legal resident of our country.

In 1985 Boulos was convicted of two heroin-related felonies, making him deportable under 8 U.S.C. § 1251(a)(11). After Boulos served time in prison, the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) issued Boulos an order to show cause why he should not be deported. At his deportation hearing, boulos conceded deportability but sought a discretionary waiver of deportation under 8 U.S.C.

§ 1182(c) and religious and political asylum under 8 U.S.C. § 1158(a). An immigration judge (IJ) denied relief, and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) dismissed boulos' appeal of the IJ's denial. Boulos now petitions for review, and we deny Boulos petition.

Under 8 U.S.C. § 1182(c), the BIA has discretion to waive the deportation of an alien who has been a lawful permanent resident for seven years and who is being deported for certain specified reasons, including a drug conviction. Varela-Blanco v. INS, No.

93-2265, 1994 WL 70247, at * 1 (8th Cir. Mar. 10, 1994) (per curiam). The alien bears the burden of showing a waiver's merit.

Id. When deciding whether to waive deportation under § 1182(c), the BIA balances social and humane factors favoring waiver against adverse factors showing the alien's bad character or undesirability as a permanent resident. Id. at * 1-2 (listing factors).

One adverse factor is the existence of a criminal conviction, and when an alien is being deported for committing a crime, the alien may be required to present evidence showing unusual or outstanding equities favoring waiver. Id. at * 2. Nemer asserts the BIA abused its discretion in denying him a waiver because the BIA exercised its discretion in an arbitrary or capricious manner.

We disagree. The BIA acts arbitrarily or capriciously if it makes a decision without a rational explanation, departs inexplicably from an established policy, or discriminates unfairly against a particular race or group. Id. at * 3.

Here, the BIA expressly discussed each favorable and adverse factor bearing on its exercise of discretion and concluded Nemer failed to show the outstanding or unusual equities required in light of Nemer's serious drug convictions. The BIA noted that Nemer's employment history, length of United States residency, family ties, rehabilitation, and asserted hardships were not unusual or outstanding. We conclude the BIA did not act arbitrarily or capriciously. Nemer also asserts the BIA abused its discretion in denying his claim for religious and political asylum.

The BIA has discretion to grant asylum to an alien who is unwilling to return home because of a well-founded fear of persecution based on religious beliefs or political opinion. See 8 U.S.C. § 1158(a) (1988); id. § 1101(a)(42)(A); Ghasemimehr v.

INS, 7 F.3d 1389, 1390 (8th Cir. 1993) (per curiam). To establish a well-founded fear of persecution, an alien must prove the fear's objective reasonableness by presenting specific facts that show a reasonable person in the alien's position would fear persecution if returned to the alien's native country. Ghasemimehr, 7 F.3d at 1390.

The BIA found Nemer failed to make this showing. To overcome the BIA's finding, Nemer must establish "'the evidence he presented was so compelling that no reasonable factfinder could fail to find the requisite fear of persecution.'" Id. (quoting INS v. Elias-Zacarias, 117 L.

Ed. 2d 38, 112 S. Ct. 812, 817 (1992)).

Having reviewed the evidence, we conclude a reasonable factfinder could find Boulos' fear of persecution was not objectively reasonable. Although Nemer presented some evidence that family members were killed several years ago in his hometown by unidentified assailants, he failed to link their deaths to his current fear of persecution throughout Lebanon. The BIA also concluded that even if boulos had shown a well-founded fear of persecution, it would not exercise its discretion under the circumstances.

We conclude the BIA did not abuse its discretion in denying Nemer asylum. Accordingly, we deny Boulos' petition for review.

I'm george9785 on eBay.

The opening post and all or almost all of the subsequent posts here have been created by the fraudster and forger/forgery dealer Karl Janesky of Guildford, Connecticut. He sells on eBay under the username "vintage761".

He sold me forged lithographs, wouldn't honor his written guarantees once they were determined to be forgeries and because he lost the credit card chargeback claim that resulted (and because he's mentally unstable) he decided to try and soil my reputation on sites like this where he can post anonymously, as often as he wants and under whatever fictitious names he chooses.

He's a known forger, a compulsive liar and a manipulator with, apparently, a lot of free time on his hands to create these posts.

You're a good-for-nothing Janesky - go crawl back under your rock. You're an embarrassment to the Jewish faith, to the U.S.A., and to humankind.

This member buys items restricted to be sold in the USA under a USA address, Then complains about items after they get internationally shipped because the cost is to high to send back to you. So he writes bad stuff about you and complains on your review the cost and quality of the item after it cost him a lot to get forwarded to another country cursing at you over it and tries to damage your reputation when he is the one falsely ordering USA products restricted to be sold to the USA only to avoid these problems.

Ebay fraud, unfair and misleading terms

You only need a couple or three nasty customers in a hundred, for their dishonest, malicious dsr feedback to get you kicked off ebay. Not to mention all the habitual crooks listing counterfeit goods, junk listings, fraudulent sales descriptions which now flood what is known to be a safe place to rob, rip off folk Just one of many pit traps the thieves at ebay use to rip off, churn and burn sellers Knowing folk lowball items in the hope of establishing a track record in effect they are mugged to work at a loss, ebay website becomes popular for the fraud that attracts many small sellers under false pretenses that ebay is 'trustworthy' Big sellers get the option to delete negative feedback, small sellers don't, they get churned and burned Ebay is about as crooked as can be, condoning and enabling fraud, theft, across state lines, misleading small sellers into thinking ebay is a safe reliable place that can be trusted No, it isn't. Check out other better websites e.g. ebid.net, webstore, bonanza, craigslist for more reputable place to buy and sell stuff. Happy bidding! Get rid of the wretched nickle and diming crooks at ebay!

Um, Ok

So let's say 3 buyers leave eBay because of you. 3 out of 1000 feedback. And you keep selling. You now have 2000 feedback and 6 buyers gone. So eBay let's this happen with everyone. So just to have some stats,

1000 sellers have 6 buyers not happy. That equals, 6000 buyers that are gone.

Let's say each buyer buys something for $10. That's 10,000 dollars. Then that is $1000 is lost fees. Now, 1000 dollars is a low number, but can you imagine what would happen if eBay allowed this to continue, I sell to and i personally like the fact that eBay holds sellers to a higher standard. That is why business is growing. Do the research

So to My understnading you are upset at ebay because they held you to a selling percentage and since your buyers left you bad feedback its ebays fault. You maybe overthinking that every customer is bad because most sellers on ebay may not come across fraudulent buyer. Ebay has the right to not let you use their services, tools, and market if they feel you are harming their business as a seller using their name.

Anonymous

@Gv

Ebay does not publish how arbitrary or dishonest its feedback and dsr ratings are. While stating its only an opinion, they kick sellers off without warning, permanently for arbitrary, unrealistic low thresholds (about 1.5% negs)

Ebay misleads small sellers into thinking it is a venue that can be trusted. Some 5% of ebay customers are thieves... who are going to rip off refunds and likely to leave negs. Ebay don't care...

Ebay relies heavily upon mugging new sellers into lowballing, taking a loss in the hope of gaining 'reputation' As Ebay has degraded to such an extent, its reputation has some 30% NEGATIVE feedback on feedback review websites, it is only fair to give credit where it is due

Amazon, Ebid.net, webstore, bonanza are better venues for small sellers, by a wide margin

Why should I care? after several years and 3,000 feedback ebay worked well, then became a dumping ground for lowballers, fakes, frauds and thieves
