My account was put on restrictions because they needed more information for me. Would you like to know what the information was?

Tracking information, yes tracking information. They won't release my funds because they can't confirm that the package was delivered to the buyer. Which strikes me as odd considering I purchased postal labels through eBay. I went to the post office, they scanned a barcode, they took the package put the label on it and sent it out.

All through eBay, making sure that eBay has that tracking information. So if they've already got the information that they are demanding of me that I do not have because they have it, what exactly was the reason for taking and putting me on restrictions? I've done nothing wrong, I've followed the rules, I did exactly as I was asked. You already have the information so what the *** is your problem.

Notice that there's a period there instead of a?, that's because it's a statement not a question. It's apparent that you have an issue, problem, dilemma. Why me? Why anybody who's been with you for over 8 *** years?

It makes no sense, and then when you speak with a customer service representative after being sent on the merry-go-round of screwed in the rear end for an entire day they tell you that yes it doesn't make any sense but they're not sure how to resolve it because they don't have any options to and you have to wait 3 days. Well I've already waited 15 days for the date of release to come, now I have to wait how many more?

God only knows, because I don't have the tracking information that you are demanding that I give to you. You freaking have it.

I cant use it a this time and nothing else is in the boxes but the items and I am having trouble with putting the other bike parts it stoped coming on but I am keeping that I think the battery is to strong. but I can get the fix from my uncle when he comes around.

Ill just buy another battery that fits the pots that I have. I might have broke out something well I have nothing else to say but thank you very much. We can work on some else I think Im done now, have a wonderful day all week thank you. They keep asking me to keep it moving.

I dont know what else to say. I think Ive said everything it would be Nice to talk to someone

Hi

I purchased an iPad case back on the 5/7/23 for $14.95. It is now falling apart.

Ive never experienced this. Ive reached out to the seller 3 times now and heard nothing in return. I know its over 6 months since my purchase but Ive purchased these same items in the past and theyve never fallen apart. The order no.

Is 01-10***-***** the seller is ywan-2649. Ive sent them photos to show where it falling apart. Due to my disability I cant leave the house to return it. To be honest its only place to go is the bin.

Ive purchased a new one from a different seller.

Im after my money back. Please help

You should be banned from EBay for calling a cheap iPad case “faulty” after using it for ten months. All people like you do is exaggerate and waste people’s time.

You need to check on the item packaging. You are way beyond this being the seller’s responsibility. Now you can only check the manufacturer’s warranty.

I bought laptop order # 26-1030*-***55. The laptop been sold like professional refurnished but it should be sold as second hand regular product.

Ebay supported the seller and marked the product as refurnished to the previous condition. The product came like been modified with a lousy computer shop because some parts were being tied with paper tapes and the cost now to correctly refurnished the product cost between $100-$200. I requested from the seller to send me return label and to refund me including the return hipping fee just the system blocked my request until September 15 probably because the seller has not updated the tracking system that the package is already received (I don't know what is purpose). I am over 20 years costumer of ebay just temporarily living in Philippines and my packages mostly coming to Philippines and what I feel about this is the sellers from the United States thinking that the Philippines is just garbage.

Ebay stop control the seller and the processing. Everything what is in the ebay agenda, ebay ave the same legal responsibility like the seller.

Sellers don't send what they offered, they just send what they want to the customer and the ebay have the responsibility to make sure the sellers follow the rules and not only counting profits. After 25 years of membership on ebay, I seriously thinking now to closse my relation and account with ebay and talking about today's ebay relation problem with the customers and even hard time to contact because every message is sent to the seller not to ebay customers service.

This company has many customer service phone numbers. However, Ebay goes through a lot of effort so that, even though the automated system says, for example, this line is only for customers with questions regarding fraudulent activity on their account and no other issues can be helped using this phone number.

Then says, what is the reason for your call? I literally say QUESTIONS AND HELP REGARDING FRAUD ON MY ACCOUNT. it then asks, in this instance were you the buyer or the seller? IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT ANSWER YOU GIVE AS THE OUTCOME IS THE SAME BOTH WAYS AND SO I FIND IT SHADY AND FRANKLY THE UPMOST DISRESPECTFUL THAT IT EVEN ASKS YOU THAT QUESTION CUZ EITHER ANSWER GETS A EVASIVE RESPONSE OF WE CANNOT HELP YOU WITH YOUR PARTICULAR ISSUE ON THIS LINE AND YOU MUST READ OUR HELP SECTION TO ASSIST YOURSELF WITH THIS MATTER.

AND THE ONLY OUTCOME IS BEING DISCONNECTED. why not just tell customers that eBay has NO phone number and you need to figure out your fraud activity and other issues yourself by reading our help section which is just as much of a dead end as our dead end phone numbers and now stop bothering us as we are extremely busy experiencing our zero call volume AND or are outside on a smoke/hang out/no work/get paid to do nothing so stop bothering us already TYPE OF RESPONSE.
