I bought an item on ebay that only totalled about $10.00. I thought I would try the bill me later which kept popping us as the easiest way to pay. About 2 months later I noticed an email had arrived with a bill attached. They had hit me with about $35.00 in service fees. I went ballistic and called their customer service threatenibg to call the State attorney generals office . They backed off and reversed the charges. I wonder how many people just pay the bill and arent aware of the excessive fees and penalties. I am surprised that EBAY allows this to go on.
EBay seller stole my money
Veeteedee(734) seller on eBay stole my money. I ordered and paid for an item in Sept. after a week seller contacts me through ebay to say she did not have boots, but she would have them in november. After looking at her oustanding record in ebay Idecided I would wait. November came and seller now said she lost tracking number. At this point i contact ebay who tells me 45 days have passed, seller has no responsibility, I should do a chargeback. This seller is still selling on eBay, with an almost perfect score, because once 45 days had passed one can't even comment on them as a seller. It's unbelievable tha eBay would actually harbor delinquents.

Ebay is the worst on keeping their promise and the highest to sell on their auction. I payed well over 500 each month to put in my items and sell, and now I am restricted because Paypal had blocked me from receiving money from customers. And no I always sent my items out to my customers. I was an honest seller. Someone had got a hold of Paypal account number on the internet and ordered 175 worth of make up from hong kong, so I called paypal to tell them to cancel the card. Then I ask them to send me anohter card and that is when they put a restriction on my account and would not send me a new card or let me receive money on my account so I could not sell on eBay anymore. Now they are keeping all of my money I have in Paypal which is not much but is over 400.00. It is a lot to me. I really need my money. I am raising 5 children and having a hard time making it. I lived off of eBay and now I am restricted. As of today I am still trying to get my money out of my Paypal account and they are saying I can't close my account because I am restricted. They see I have not used them for over 6 months because they will not let me so why are they restricting me still. I just want them to come clean and pay me what is mine. They have lots of money and they do not need to steel mine from a little seller like me. I hope they see this and think of what they are doing to people. The ebay is the worst company i ever saw,they rip you off with a fees they hold you money sale for no reason jusk costumer service they are thefts.I sale the item at ebay the item was mailed to the buyer at United Kingdom i purchase the shipping label from Paypal and provide it the buyer complain item not received and wont the money back and ebay-paypal do not have access to international shipping to confirm that item was delivered the bayer claim to hold the item and the nmoney is not right with out investigatin to refund the buyer shame shame shame shame

Address as shown. e-mail address Karlo@aol.com. I made a complaint against ZKarlo for non refund or replacement of faulty product In a nutshell I ordered an e-book reader.I received it but it did not work properly. They instructed me to return it, which I did, and they replaced. The replacement acted exactly the same and did not work. Again they said to return it for a refund. Which I did. a day later I get this from them :- Dear xxxxxxxx, We do apologize for any issues your having with the item. We would love to get our feedback revised from the negative comment that you left us to a positive. We are willing to offer a $25 refund for you on this purchase and we would even be willing to let you keep everything without having to return it. Please let us know if that is satisfactory and we can send the feedback revision request to you. eBay is our full time business and with the economy in slow-down it is effecting everyone. We depend on our eBay sales to pay our daily expenses and are trying to keep our eBay standing as best as possible. If you have any further questions please email our customer support directly at email@example.com. I replied saying I had sent it back already. NO REFUND WAS EVER RECEIVED. Further e-mails to them got the response that they could not do anything without the eBay item number of my purchase and my eBay user ID please? Which was sent a number of times. Then they stopped answering my e mails. I lodged a complaint with the better business bureau in Mn. They contacted ZKarlo and got the answer. to quote' they state they did not enter into a contractual agreement with you OR they have chosen to voluntarily walk away from the job prior to any work being done. WHAT THIS HAS GOT TO DO WITH RETURNING MY MONEY I DON'T KNOW. plus they did enter into a contract by accepting my money. They contracted to sell the product. They did not voluntarily walk away from the job prior to any work being done because they sent 2 faulty products that were returned. . I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! THIS IS A WARNING FOR EVERYONE THAT EVEN THINKS ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - DON'T, RUN DON'T WALK AWAY, YOU WILL NEVER HEAR BACK FROM THEM!!! A personal observation is that these are the most ignorant, for ignoring my e-mails, and obvious liars, because of replies to 2 better business bureau complaints filed by me, I have ever had to do business with.

Wasted my time | Ebay review from London, England
I Won a landrover on ebay, arranged collection with seller and travelled 300 mile by train to be told 20 mins away he s not selling don t bother coming - and then to receive abusive calls and texts!! i have since contacted ebay customer support requarding this and have received no help they haven t enough evidence even tho they haven t asked for any! the seller opened an unpaid item case against me and that has sinced been removed as he with drew not me..... it cost me Â£300.00 and a day off work to be treated this way and ebay have sine=ce removed my feedback from the seller and he has changed his account! i think this is well out of order and so called ebay customer support need a GOOD KICK UP THE ***! i mean who thinks this is ok behaviour??!!

about 3 weeks ago i purchased a truck on ebay for $2,800. Everything checked out through what ebay claims is an extensive carfax type check list. The truck reportedly had 59,000 miles. I made the purchase. I am in syracuse ny and the truck is in Charlottesville Virginia. I sent a $500 deposit that was required by money order and i flew to Virginia to pick up the truck. When i got there the truck was as shown in all of the photos. It was not registered, it sat on the street with no registration. i test drove the truck and heard a pinging noise in the engine and i returned to the seller, he said there cannot be anything wrong i drove it 2 weeks ago from philadelphia pa for 8 hours, no problem. we checked the oil and it had way too much oil in it. He agreed to return to the mechanic that he says he took it to a couple days before and that mechanic assured him it was ready to make the trip to new york. The mechanic looked at it and said we put too much oil in it, we will change it, that is why it is pinging. I drove it again and it seemed a lot better. I paid the seller the balance in cash of $2,300 and i got on the road. Within 4 minutes the engine started smoking, clanging, knocking and had no power, i pulled over next exit. i called the seller and he said sorry you bought it. I took it back to him and he agreed to have another mechanic look at it, the next day. i had to get a hotel and the next day the mechanic spent 6 hours on it and first said it was 02 sensor and then map sensor and then plugs and then teh distributor. I paid to hav all of this done and still no bettter. i requested a compression test and he did that, on cylinder on one side had no compression. he said it needed a valve job on one side, and he would do it for $500 . I flew back home expecting to return a week later and pick it up. i get a call sunday night from the mechanic, he said i am sorry the entire engine is blown ,it will cost $2,000 to repair. I called the seller, he refused to talk to me. I had at least 20 phone conversations with ebay and at least half of them told me i was protected by buyer protection upto $50,000. When i file a claim they email me back and come up with a different reason why i do not qualify and say cant help. Even though several agent told me i qualify because i paid but i never was able to take posession. Ebay is a twisted, lying two faced organization and now i am out $4,100 for a $2,800 purchase and i dont even hve the goods and ebay refuses to help. To every one out there stay away from ebay and especially a seller named nubiandeals.
Ebay allows scammers to damage your reputation!
Ebay supports scammers and refuses to make restitution, even when there is proof of the unjust treatment! Then, they refuse to cancel your ebay account and they do not reimburse you. Ebay and Paypal will lie to you and steal from you! They should be outlawed! I have sent many emails and I have spoken to the ebay customer resolution center, which is a complete farse. They will never help or fix problems. Ebay is out for one thing and one thing only: profit at anyone's demise! Never buy or sell anything via EBay or PayPal!!!!!! Ebay really Sucks!!
Ebay admits mistake but I have to pay for it?
I sold an item. The buyer got the item and said it was not as described. He wanted to return it and started a case. I contacted the manufacturer of the product who confirmed that my desription was correct and put it in an email to me. I responded to the open case with the manufacturer's response stating that I was correct. I got a notice saying that ebay ruled in favor of the buyer. I called ebay and asked why? Long story short, they didn't read my entire response or realize it was from the manufacturer, go they tell me "so sorry". In the meantime I can't appeal because the buyer has already got a tracking number but hasn't shipped the item. I have photo documentation and the statement by the manufacturer. Ebay has pretty much blown me off along with PayPal who sides with ebay. My question is "is there anything I can do about this or having to waste $50 on shipping ?
