Let a seller establish an ID using my URL
Mar 31, 2008
Ebay complaint by Pcn
Ebay has allowed a seller to use my URL name as an ID. The seller used my aol address in her payment details before checking to see if the aol address was available. I'm getting her sales. It's messing up my Paypal account and becuase I have to issue the refunds. Ebay then suggested that she add boutique to the original name. The name has been copywrite. Do I have a legitimate right to be as angry as I am? I have been cordial to the seller and refunded each payment as it occurs but cannot get Ebay to do anything about this.
