Ebay complaint by Popcornlyle
I only ever bought a few things on ebay (years ago), but they keep sending emails about customers questions. Always sports memorablia. I did buy some old year baseball yearbooks years ago. I have never sold anything on ebay and I will never buy another thing.

I have tried emailing them, but my problem with them, isn't on their basic problem list, so it doesn't go thru. Any suggestions!!

If you have a complaint, and it doesn't fit their criteria, you go nowhere. But for over two years, I have been receiving emails from them with customer questions.

I had this happen to me last year. It turned out that my e bay account had been accessed by someone else, and they were posting items for sale on my account. I could not understand the benefit of someone doing this, and the e bay rep said that often these are people who have been kicked off e bay and can't be reinstated. After they make a sale using someone else's account, they talk the customer into paying by check or money order instead of paypal (where the money would go into the account of the actual e bay account holder). I experienced the same situation with my problem not being on the menu, but I recall finding an e mail address or phone number. The thing got resolved by phone, and I had to change my account password and my e mail password. Ebay removed the items that were fraudulently posted on my account for sale, and reversed all the sellers fees that I was being charged. It was a hassle, but I found the e bay rep I had to be very helpful in getting it resolved.
